Door/Window Casing 2" - 20

This smaller-sized door/window casing 2" - 20 measures 2.000" in width by .750" in thickness. The creative detail retains a 1/2" wide by 1/8" tall raised fillet on the top left. It attaches to a 1/2" broad fillet in the center, merged with a 7/8" concave semi-circle attached to a 1/8" wide by 1/16" deep notch with a 3/64" eased corner on the design's right edge. The recommended rough wood rip size using four-quarter lumber is 2-1/4" wide. We offer a larger pattern with the same design features for your review and consideration, casing 4.375" - 13.

Caution: the knives will come within .020" of the machine bed plates when cutting this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic, or plastic sacrificial bed plate for these milling operations.
