This beveled casing moulding 2" - 3 measures 2.000" wide by .562" thickness. The oblique design is comprised of two 3/32" eased edges connected to one another by a eight degree beveled line which is tangent off both radiuses. The design is oriented and milled on the moulder with the thick side up against the fixed inside fence. Perhaps a reverse pressure shoe would be a good idea for holding this pattern down on the bed plates during the machining process.
