This beveled 2-1/2" - 32 door/window casing measures 2.500" wide by .750" thickness, permitting the pattern to be milled out of four-quarter lumber. The chamfered edge profile is comprised of a one-inch wide by 1/8" tall raised fillet with 1/16" rounded edges on the top left, connected to a 1-1/2" wide 11.768-degree elevation changing angled line with an additional 1/16" eased edge, leaving a 5/16" thickness dimension on the right side of the design. We offer a few other profiles with similar design characteristics for your review and consideration, door casing 2.500" - 30 and window casing 2.500" - 67.
