This distinguished 2-1/2" - 45 door/window casing measures 2.500" width by .750" thickness, authorizing the use of four-quarter lumber for machining on an industrial-grade molder. The fancy profile contains an 11/32" wide flat line on the top left, connected to a 1-5/16" broad cong'e derived from a 9/64" radius cove in the center. The remaining portion consists of a 1/8" vertical step joined to a two-tangent radius ogee on the right corner of the design. The outside left corner of the pattern was intentionally left square for the use of one of our many radius edges or backband profiles.
