This aesthetically appealing 2-1/2" - 52 door/window casing measures 2.500" width by .687" thickness, enabling a 2-3/4" wide blank of four-quarter lumber for machining on an industrial moulder. The beautiful profile contains a 41/64" wide raised fillet with 1/8" rounded outer and 15/64" inner rolled edges on the top left. The inside round-over connects to a downsloping thumbnail-shaped convex arc in the center with a series of four bidirectional beads on the design's right side.
