This elegant 2-1/2" - 53 door/window casing measures 2.500" wide by .625" thickness, enabling the pattern to be machined from four-quarter lumber. The enhanced profile is composed of a 9/16" wide raised fillet with a beveled inside and a 3/32" eased outer edge on the left, connected to a 41/64" radius arc with a 1/8" broad line segment and a 35/64" concave semicircle in the center, attached to a 19/64" wide half round bead flanked by small fillets and a 7/32" cove with a 3/64" eased edge on the right side of the pattern. We offer a scaled-down version of this design for your review and consideration in our plant on category applied moulding 1.500" - 76.
