This innovative 2-9/16" - 9 door/window casing measures 2.562" width by .687" thickness, permitting the use of a 2-13/16" wide blank of four-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial moulder. The beautiful profile contains a 25/32" wide raised fillet with 5/32" rounded corners on the top left. The inner round-over connects to a 1/16" wide sunk fillet, joined to a two tangent radius s-shaped curvature with a downward beveled edge in the center. The remaining portion of the pattern consists of a 39/64" wide fillet with an additional downsloping angled edge and a 13/32" flat line with a 1/8" rolled corner on the designs right side.
