This innovative 2-11/16" - 5 door/window casing comprises an 11/16" wide section with a 3/16" radius edge on the top left. It transitions into a 1/32" wide sunk fillet attached to a gentle elevation changing s-shaped curvature in the center, joined to a 1/4" wide half bead with an 11/32" quarter round on the design's right side. The pattern measures 2.687" in width by .750" in thickness. The recommended rough wood rip size using four-quarter lumber is 2-1/2" wide.
Caution: the knives will come within .020" of the machine bed plates when cutting this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic, or plastic sacrificial bed plate for these milling operations.
