This beautifully bulky 2-3/4" - 18 door/window casing measures 2.750" wide by 1.000" thickness, requiring the use of five-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial moulder. The detailed profile is composed of a 23/64" wide by 3/32" tall raised fillet with 3/64" eased edges on the left, connected to a 3/32" wide sunk fillet that joins to a short two tangent radius cyma reversa with a 1/16" vertical drop in elevation, attached to a 31/32" broad line segment with a 5/64" steep step in the center, merged with a graceful two tangent radius ogee and a 3/32" wide notch on the right side of the pattern.
