This remarkable 2-7/8" - 2 door/window casing measures 2.875" width by .750" thickness, enabling a 3-1/8" wide blank of four-quarter lumber for machining on an industrial moulder. The custom profile contains a 3/16" rolled outer edge on the top left. The round over joins to a 2-7/16" broad flat line segment with a 9/64" vertical step in the center. Connected to an 11/64" quarter round convex arc and a 3/32" wide fillet merged to a 7/32" cove with a 3/64" eased edge on the designs right side.
