Door/Window Casing 3" - 106

This custom 3" - 106 door/window casing measures 3.000" width by .812" thickness enabling the use of four-quarter lumber for machining on an industrial moulder. The colonial-themed profile contains a 1/2" broad flat line joined to a 1/16" full by 7/64" deep sunk fillet on the top left. The short line connects to a three tangent radius s-shaped curvature with a 7/64" vertical step and a 1-13/32" flat line in the center. The remaining portion retains a 3/64" wide by 7/64" deeply sunk fillet with a 3/16" full half circle on the design's right side. The template layout incorporates sizes up to 5-3/8" in width. This will enable the use of many of our radius edge knives on the upper left corner of the pattern.
