This colonial 3-3/16" - 10 door/window casing measures 3.187" width by .750" thickness, requiring a 3-7/16" wide blank of four-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial moulder. The astonishing profile comprises all the classic geometrical shapes of this door casing style, including a 55/64" flat line with a 3/32" rolled outer edge on the top left. The fillet connects to a 15/64" cove with a vertical step joined to a 1/8" sunk fillet merged with a lovely s-shaped curvature in the center. The remaining portion comprises a towering half-circular bead flanked by short fillets with a 25/64" cove, and a 3/64" eased edge on the design's right side.
