This custom 3-5/16" - 4 door/window casing measures 3.312" wide by .687" thickness, permitting the use of four-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial moulder. The unique profile contains a 25/32" wide flat line with a 3/32" rolled outer edge and a 5/64" deep beveled inside edge on the top left. This section joins a three tangent radius s-shaped curvature with an additional chamfer with a 3/32" drop in elevation. Attached to a 1-3/16" sunk fillet and a two tangent radius ogee with a 3/64" eased edge on the right side of the design.
