This fascinating 3-1/2" - 160 door/window casing measures 3.500" wide by .937" thickness, requiring the use of five-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial moulder. The beautiful profile is composed of a 13/16" wide raised fillet with a 1/8" rounded outer, and a tapered inside edge on the top left, connected to a 17/32" radius thumbnailed shaped convex arc that's joined to a 15/64" wide by 1/8" deep perpendicular lines with a 7/32" sunk fillet in the center, merged with a 9/32" wide semicircular bead and a 7/64" fillet that transitions into a down sloping 13/16" radius cove with a 21/32" wide half round bead on the right side of the design.
