Door/Window Casing 3-1/2" - 24
This beak-shaped 3-1/2" - 24 door casing measures 3.500" wide by 1.500" thickness. The design is comprised of a 3/32" radius edge fillet at 1-1/16" elevation connected to a beak profile that slopes downward and transitions into a stepped fillet with two cascading quarter round beads attached on the thinner side of the pattern. The profile is too large to be milled with a single set of knives. The quarter-round beads and fillet are milled on the right vertical cutter head, and the remaining portion of the pattern is milled with the top cutter head.
