This custom 3-5/8" - 10 door/window casing measures 3.625" wide by .812" thickness, allowing the pattern to be cut out of four-quarter lumber. The appealing profile is composed of a 59/64" wide flat line with a 1/16" eased outer edge on the top left, connected to a 1-21/32" wide cong'e derived from a 1/4" radius cove in the center, attached to a 29/64" half circle merged to an 11/64" horizontal fillet and a 7/32" cove with a 3/64" eased edge leaving a 3/8" thickness dimension on the right side of the design.
