This colonial 3-11/16" door/window casing measures 3.687" wide by 1.063" thickness, enabling the detail to be milled from five-quarter lumber. The traditional profile is composed of a 7/8" broad flat line with a 1/8" eased edge on the top left, connected to an elevation changing cyma recta that joins to a 7/16" wide sunk fillet, attached to a 3/8" radius arc tangent off of a 1-1/16" concave semicircle that creates the cyma reversa in the center, merged to a 5/16" wide half round bead that transitions into a 1/8" broad line segment and a 1/4" cove with a 3/64" rounded edge on the right side of the pattern.
