Door/Window Casing 3-13/16" - 8

This custom 3-13/16" - 8 door casing measures 3.812" width by .875" thickness, enabling a 4-1/16" wide blank of four or five-quarter lumber for machining on an industrial moulder. The decorative profile contains a 1-1/4" wide by 1/8" tall raised fillet with a 3/16" rolled outer edge on the top left. The step connects to a 3/8" by 3/32" deep drop in elevation, joined to a 3/16" broad fillet in the center. The short line attaches to a 1-11/16" full cong'e created from a 1/2" radius cove merged with a 1/8" vertical line and a 5/16" wide fillet with a 3/64" eased edge, leaving a 9/32" thickness dimension on the design's right side.
