This modern 4" - 2 door/window casing comprises a 1-5/32" flat section on the top left. It connects to a 5/16" cavetto merged with a slightly angled section in the center. The remaining portion contains a 17/32" raised area attached to a 3/32" cove transitioning into a 7/16" quarter round on the design's right edge. The distinctive pattern measures 4.000" in width by .750" in thickness. The recommended rough wood rip size using four-quarter lumber is 4-1/4" wide.
Caution: The knives will come within .020" of the machine bed plates when cutting this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic, or plastic sacrificial bed plate for these milling operations.
