This elaborate 4" - 29 door/window casing measures 4.000" width by 1.312" thickness, demanding a 4-1/4" wide blank of six-quarter lumber for milling on a commercial moulder. The ornate elegant pattern contains a 3/16" flat line with a 3/64" eased edge at a 5/16" thickness on the top left. The short line connects to a 9/32" quarter-round joined to two 3/32" wide by 7/32" tall steps with a 29/32" convex arc on top. The half-bead attaches to a 1/8" fillet, and a 29/32" scotia joined to a 3/8" wide stepped fillet with a 7/32" cove in the center. The remaining portion retains a 13/16" broad line segment with a 1/4" rolled corner with another 3/16" fillet and a 3/64" eased edge on the pattern's right side.
