This pencil bead 4" - 34 door/window casing measures 4.000" wide by 1.000" thickness, permitting the pattern to be machined out of five-quarter lumber. The embellished profile is composed of a one-inch broad flat line with a 3/64" eased edge on the top left, connected to a 3-1/2" wide by 1/4" deep cong'e derived from a 3/16" radius cove in the center, attached to a 3/32" wide by 13/64" deep sunk fillet that merges with a 13/32" wide pencil bead. The right side of the detail consists of a ¼" high vertical fillet joined to another 3/32" deep sunk fillet that transitions into the decorative bead on the top.
