This aesthetically appealing 4" - 57 door/window casing measures 4.000" wide by 1.250" thickness, necessitating the use of six-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial moulder. The beautiful profile is comprised of a 13/16" wide flat line with a 1/8" eased outer edge on the top left, connected to a 25/64" cove with a 5/64" vertical step joined to a 1/4" quarter round bead and a 1/16" wide fillet in the center, merged with a 51/64" semicircular concave arc that connects to an elevated half circle flanked by steep steps, attached to a 1-15/16" cavetto with a 3/64" eased edge on the right side of the design.
