This AWI 4551 door/window casing 4-1/8" - 2 measures 4.125" wide by 1.062" thickness, necessitating the use of five-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial moulder. The beautifully ornate profile is composed of a 3/32" broad line segment with a 1/16" eased outer edge at a 3/4" thickness dimension on the top left, attached to a 9/16" wide by 5/16" tall raised fillet with 3/64" eased edges that transitions into a 1/16" wide sunk fillet and a small two tangent radius cyma reversa with a down-sloping beveled edge, connected to a 5/8" wide by 3/32" perpendicular lines with a two tangent radius elliptical shaped arc in the center. The right side of the design consists of a 27/64" broad line joined to a 3/32" wide by 11/64" deep sunk fillet, merged to a 27/64" wide half-round bead and an 11/64" broad line with a 1/16" rounded edge.
