This bold opulent 4-1/4" - 35 door/window casing measures 4.250" in width by 1.500" in thickness requiring a 4-1/2" wide blank of eight-quarter lumber for machining on an industrial moulder. The lovely profile composes a 1/4" broad half-circle joined to a 1/8" wide sunk fillet on the top left. It connects to an 11/16" raised section merged with a 3/32" recessed line attaching to a downsloping s-shaped curvature with a 3/32" vertical step in the middle. The reaming section retains a 1-3/4" flat line joined to an 11/32" radius ovolo leaving a 5/32" thickness on the design's right edge.
