This eye-catching 4-1/2" - 57 door/window casing measures 4.500" width by 1.062" thickness, requiring a 4-3/4" wide blank of five-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial moulder. The sumptuous profile contains a one-inch wide by 1/8" tall raised fillet with 3/64" eased corners on the top left. The elevated section connects to a 3/4" broad horizontal line segment with another 1/8" drop-in elevation merged with a downsloping seven-degree angled line in the center. The remaining portion consists of a two-tangent radius elliptical-shaped cavetto with a 3/64" eased edge leaving a 5/16" thickness dimension on the design's right side.
