This unique 4-1/2" - 59 door/window casing measures 4.500" wide by 1.062" thickness, requiring a 4-3/4" wide blank of five-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial moulder. The stylish profile contains a one-inch wide by 1/4" tall raised fillet with a 1/8" rolled outer edge on the top left. That portion connects to a 1/16" broad line merged with a two tangent radius s-shaped curvature with a 5/32" vertical step in the center. The remaining section comprises a 1-3/4" horizontal segment with a 1/8" sunk fillet and a 3/8" wide half-circle on the design's right side.
