This large 4-5/8" - 1 colonial door/window casing measures 4.625" wide by 1.250" thickness, necessitating the use of six-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial moulder. The traditional profile is composed of a 55/64" wide flat line with a 3/16" rounded edge on the top left. It's connected to a 5/16" cove with a 7/64" vertical step, joined to a 1/4" sunk fillet that merges with a three tangent radius cyma reversa in the center. The remaining portion attaches an 11/32" wide by 7/64" tall raised fillet with a 9/64" flat segment and a two tangent radius elliptical-shaped cove with a 3/64" eased edge on the right side of the design.
