This opulent 4-5/8" - 9 door/window casing measures 4.625" in width by 1.219" in thickness requiring a 4-7/8" wide blank of six-quarter lumber for machining on an industrial moulder. The lovely profile comprises a 5/8" wide raised fillet with a 3/64" eased outer edge on the top left. It connects to a shallow downsloping s-shaped curvature with a 3/16" vertical drop in elevation. The center retains a 2-3/8" broad line segment with a 3/32" steep step joined to a 1/2" wide fillet with an additional 3/64" rounded edge on the design's right side.
