This designer 5-1/8" door casing measures 5.125" wide by 1.062" thickness, necessitating the use of five-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial moulder. The beautiful custom profile is composed of a 5/8" radius bullnose tangent to a 5/16" concave semicircle and a 15/64" flat line with a 1/16" vertical step on the top left. It's connected to a 1-9/16" broad line segment with an additional 1/16" drop in elevation in the center, attached to a two tangent radius ogee with a 3/64" eased edge leaving a 5/16" thickness dimension on the right side of the design.
