This colonial style case moulding measures 5-1/4" wide by 1-1/4" thickness, this will require six quarter lumber to properly mill this product on a industrial style moulder. The profile is composed of a 1-1/4" wide fillet with a 1/8" radius on the edge, a 3/8" wide cavetto, a 3/8" wide sunk fillet, a cyma reversa in the center that transitions into a half round bead, another 3/8" radius cavetto on the inside edge that is connected to a 11/32" wide fillet. The total depth of cut on the moulding knives is 1-1/8" deep, it will require 2-1/2" wide knife steel to grind these knives correctly.
