This hefty 5-3/8" door casing measures 5.375" wide by 1.625" thickness, requiring the use of eight-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial moulder. The beautiful profile is composed of a 21/64" broad flat line with a 1/8" rounded outside edge on the top left, connected to a 7/8" convex arc tangent to a 1-3/16" concave semicircle creating the cyma reversa with a 1/16" drop in elevation in the center, joined to a 1-3/64" broad line segment with another 1/16" drop in elevation, merged with a 1-5/32" convex arc tangent to a two-inch concave semicircle with a 3/64" eased edge leaving a 9/16" thickness dimension on the right side of the design.
