This stylish 5-7/16" door/window casing measures 5.437" wide by 1.250" thickness, requiring the detail to be machined out of six-quarter lumber. The lovely embellished profile is composed of a 1-1/2" wide bullnose on the top left attached to a 1-1/4" broad line segment with a 3/16" drop in elevation that merges with a smaller 3/16" wide by 3/32" deep vertical step in the center, connected to a 1/8" wide sunk fillet that transitions into a 3/8" convex arc, and a down-sloping angled line with a 3/16" concave semicircle, joined to a 3/8" wide angle flanked by small line segments, and a 7/32" cove with a 3/64" eased edge leaving an 11/32" thickness dimension on the right side of the design.
