This substantially large 6" - 17 door/window casing measures 6.000" width by 1.125" thickness, requiring a 6-1/4" broad blank of four-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial moulder. The bold profile comprises a 1-1/2" wide by 1/8" tall raised fillet with 1/16" rounded corners on the top left. The inner short vertical line connects to a 16.053" convex arc tangent to a 64.975" convex semicircle; transitioning the thickness to 1/2" with an additional 1/16" eased edge on the design's right side.
