This Colonial Case Moulding 6-1/16" measures 6.062" wide by 1.312" thickness, with a .968" depth of cut on the top horizontal set of knives. Search our backout category for a suitable relief cut for this detail, we have a few options to choose from. You may have to change the backout search parameters by an eighth of an inch or so to find a suitable size pattern.
The hefty profile is comprised of a 1-3/4" wide horizontal fillet with a 1/8" radius edge, that transitions into a stepped cyma reversa which is joined to a 2" wide by 3/32" deep step, merged with another deeper cyma reversa positioned at the top of the pattern.
Our purple colored ceramic blend grinding wheel hogging at 2000 rpm, with a twenty-five degree back clearance angle, will rough grind a set of high-speed steel moulding knives in a very minimal amount of time.
