Chair Rail 2" - 6

This petite 2" - 6 chair rail measures 2.000" wide by .625" thickness, allowing the detail to be milled out of four-quarter lumber. The beautiful profile is composed of a graceful three tangent radius cyma reversa in the center, flanked by a 7/32" quarter circle on the left side, the opposite side consists of a 9/32" wide half round bead boarded by tiny line segments with a 3/16" cove on the right side of the pattern.

Caution; the cutters will come within .020" of the moulder bed plates when milling this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic, or plastic sacrificial bed plate for these milling operations.
