This lovely chair rail/symmetrical casing moulding 2-1/4" - 20 measures 2.250" width by .625" thickness utilizing a 2-1/2" wide blank of four-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial moulder. The balanced profile contains a 1-41/64" wide raised fillet with 3/32" eased edges in the center. The rollovers connect to a 1/32" recessed 3/16" radius convex arc on each side edge of the design. We suggest changing the backout search parameters by a quarter of an inch to see a broader range of available cutters.
