This symmetrical chair rail moulding 2-1/4" - 36 measures 2.250" width by .625" thickness requiring a 2-1/2" wide blank of four-quarter lumber for milling on a commercial moulder. The attractive profile comprises a 1-1/2" broad line segment on the top center. A two tangent radius ogee flanks the flat line joined to a 5/64" wide fillet with a 3/64" rolled edge on both the right and left side of the design.
