This elegant 2-1/2" - 56 chair rail moulding measures 2.500" width by .750" thickness, requiring a 2-3/4" wide blank of four-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial moulder. The graceful profile comprises a 7/32" cove with a 3/64" eased edge on the top left. The cavetto connects to a three-tangent radius s-shaped curvature with a 7/64" rounded edge in the center. The remaining portion consists of a 3/8" broad half-round bead and a downsloping 7/64" rolled corner on the right side of the design.
