This custom 2-1/2" - 65 chair rail measures 2.500" width by .750" thickness, requiring a 2-3/4" wide blank of four-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial moulder. The unique pattern comprises a 23/32" convex arc on the top left. The semicircle connects to a 3/32" broad sunk fillet merged with a 13/16' wide shallow cove in the center. The remaining portion comprises 1/8" & 3/16" wide by 1/16" deep perpendicular steps with a 3/64" eased edge on the design's right side.
