This classy 2-1/2" - 72 chair rail measures 2.500" wide by .750" thickness. The creative profile is comprised of a 9/32" radius half-round circle flanked by two small horizontal stepped fillets, attached to a 21/64" quarter circle on the thin side of the detail, the center consists of a 9/32" radius scotia that transitions into a raised fillet joined to a cyma reversa on the opposite side of the pattern. Caution: the cutters will come within .020" of the moulder bed plates when milling this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic, or plastic sacrificial bed plate for these milling operations.
