WM 303 Chair Rail 2-1/2" - 9

This WM 303 chair rail pattern 2-1/2" - 9 measures 2.500" in width by .563" in thickness. The ageless profile comprises a shallow two tangent radius s-shaped curvature in the center. It connects to a 3/16" broad line and a 5/8" radius cove on the top left. The opposite side retains a slightly tapered slope with an 11/32" quarter round bead. We advocate using 2-3/4" wide blanks of four-quarter lumber for milling with industrial equipment.

Caution: the knives will come within .020" of the machine bed plates when cutting this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic, or plastic sacrificial bed plate for these milling operations.
