Chair Rail 2-3/4" - 26

This elegant 2-3/4" - 26 chair rail comprises an 11/64" cove joined to a 1/8" flat line on the top left. The short line is connected to a 15/16" broad half-round with a 3/32" horizontal line segment attached to an 11/32" scotia in the center. The remaining portion contains a small half bead flanked by flat lines with a 5/16" cove, and a 3/64" eased edge on the pattern's right side. The profile measures 2.750" in width by 1.031" in thickness. The recommended rough wood rip size using five-quarter lumber is 3" wide.

Caution: the knives will come within .020" of the machine bed plates when cutting this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic, or plastic sacrificial bed plate for these milling operations.
