Chair Rail Moulding 3" - 95

This symmetrical chair rail molding measures 3" wide by 5/8" in thickness. The profile consists of a recessed 1-9/16" radius arc positioned in the center, it then steps two times upward with transitioning fillets, the first step measures 9/16" wide by 1/16" deep, the second step is 1/2" wide by 1/16" in-depth, both side edges of the pattern have been eased with a small .040" radius, the most common radius of your grinding wheel on your profile grinder.
