This bold 3-3/8" - 16 chair rail measures 3.375" width by 1.062" thickness, requiring the use of five-quarter lumber for milling on a commercial-grade molder. The graceful, attractive profile contains a 3/16" flat line at a 9/16" thickness dimension with a 1/16" rolled edge on the top left. This line merges with a 5/8" convex arc tangent to a 1-7/8" concave semicircle with a 1/4" rolled edge in the center. The pattern steps downward by utilizing two perpendicular lines with 1/8" eased edges, leaving a 21/64" thickness on the right side of the design.
