Chair Rail Moulding 3-1/2" - 42

This elegant chair rail molding 3-1/2" - 42 measures 3.500" wide by .812" thickness permitting the use of a 3-3/4" wide piece of four-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial molder. The sumptuous profile contains a 29/64" cove with a 3/64" eased edge, joined to a 9/64" horizontal line segment on the top left. The short line connects to a graceful four tangent radius s-shaped curvature in the center. The remaining portion of the pattern consists of a 3/8" wide raised fillet, attached to a 3/16" ovolo and a 9/64" fillet with another 3/64" rolled edge on the design's right side.
