This Decorative Chair Rail Moulding 3-1/2" - 72 measures 3.500" wide by 1.000" thickness with a 1.000" depth of cut on the top horizontal set of knives. Caution; the moulding knives will come within .020" of the moulder bed plates when milling this detail, we suggest a sacrificial bed plate be used for these types of milling operations. The profile is comprised of a 37/64" radius circle tangent off of a beveled line, attached to a small fillet with a chamfer that transitions into a cyma reversa, joined to a 1/2" wide by 3/16" deep notched fillet, leaving a 1/4" thickness dimension on the thin side of the pattern.
