This custom 3-7/8" chair rail measures 3.875" width by .750" thickness, allowing the use of four-quarter lumber for milling on a commercial-grade molder. The lovely symmetrical profile contains two 15/64" wide half-circles separated by tiny line segments in the center. The fillets connect to an S-shaped curvature and a 3/8" broad line segment with a 3/32" vertical step and a twenty-eight-degree beveled line with a 3/64" eased edge on each side of the design.
