This 4" - 21 edge bead chair rail measures 4.000" wide by .750" thickness. The symmetrical profile is comprised of a 3-1/8" wide horizontal fillet connected to two 1/16" wide sunk fillets with a 3/16" radius half-round bead positioned on each side edge of the pattern, the half circles are recessed below the flat surface by .031" for sanding purposes.
Use one of our 125% concentration ultimate borazon grinding wheels, finish grinding at 3000 rpm, with a twenty-degree back clearance angle, will create a superior micro edge on all your high-speed steel moulding knives. During the machining process, those cutters will be capable of milling some of the finest quality architectural mouldings you have ever produced.
