Chair Rail Moulding 4" - 50

This fashionable chair rail moulding 4" - 50 measures 4.000" wide by 1.000" thickness, allowing the detail to be milled out of five quarter lumber. The symmetrical profile is machined from both the right and left vertical cutter heads on the moulder, enabling the detail to obtain any width within the parameters of the machinery used to cut the pattern, a decorative base moulding can also utilize the same cutter. The detail is comprised of a 5/16" tall vertical line segment on both bottom side edges, connected to a 3/16" wide flat line with a 1/8" upward step that joins to a 1/2" radius cove in the center, attached to a 1/8" wide by 3/16" tall perpendicular notch with a 3/64" eased edge on both top edges, leaving a 2-5/8" wide flat line segment on top.
