Chair Rail Moulding 4" - 61

This designer chair rail molding 4" - 61 measure 4.000" width by 1.250" thickness, requiring the use of six quarter lumber for milling on an industrial-style molder. The attractive profile contains a 3/4" radius half-circular bead on the top left. The convex arc connects to a 13/32" flat line with a 1/8" vertical step and a 5/8" broad horizontal line with a 1/4" downward drop in the center's elevation. The middle attaches to a 1/8" sunk fillet with a 1/16" upsloping line and a two tangent radius ogee consisting of two 1-1/2" radius semicircles, leaving a 1/4" thickness dimension on the design's right edge.
